The primary responsibilities of the role are:
• Sales Reporting Process
• Internal Account Management
• Upselling / Cross Selling
• Sales Administration
• Presentations
• Weekly Communication of Pricing & Promotional Program to customers & internal departments
• Weekly facilitation of communication and response of weekly customer complaints
• Weekly administration of customer claims / accruals / credits
• Preparation of business manager / account manager presentations to customers
• Collection of sales and market share report data

ProGrad have a suite of training courses available for our Graduates that are placed within our client base.  Once we place our candidates, we have a passion and dedication to ensure their success.  This is driven from our ProGrad training modules which are specifically designed to assist graduates in their roles.  We cover a variety of topics with our candidates, across a series of modules.  Each graduate placed will receive the following ProGrad training courses:

Module 1, 3 days – “An introduction to Professional Communication”

Module 2, 2 days – “Solution Selling”

Module 3, 2 days – “Ethical Negotiation Skills”

Module 4, 2 days – “Account Management”

These courses are designed and delivered by ProGrad trainers who specialise in training recent University graduates.  Our success has been fantastic, and with a retention rate of over 81% of graduates still in their employment after 12 months we have proven this to be a great tool.
