ProGrad Training

ProGrad provide our placed graduates with a masterclass training program to ensure their success within an organisation.  This training program encompasses the following modules:

Module 1 ”An Introduction to Sales and Professional Communication” (4 days)

Module 2 “Solution Selling” (2 days)

Module 3 “Ethical Negotiation” (2 days)

Module 4 “Account Management” (2 days)

Upon successful completion of these training courses, some successful participants are invited to attend the ProGrad Executive Development Program in their second year of employment.  This Executive Development Program is aimed at grooming our most successful graduates into a junior management position.
