ProGrad Training
ProGrad understand that the start of your corporate career can be rather daunting. Sure, at University we all learn the right theory – but utilising that in the actual workforce can sometimes be difficult.
ProGrad ensure that during your corporate career, our placed graduates are provided with a masterclass training program to ensure their success within an organisation. This training is funded by the ProGrad employers and facilitated by ProGrad to ensure that the training received is of a consistently high standard, and appropriate for a graduate audience.
Once placed with an organisation, ProGrad will complete a modular training program on behalf of the employer during the first year of employment.
This ProGrad training program encompasses the following modules:
Module 1 ”An Introduction to Professional Communication” (3 days)
Module 2 “Solution Selling” (2 days)
Module 3 “Ethical Negotiation” (2 days)
Module 4 “Account Management” (2 days)
Upon successful completion of these training courses, some successful participants are invited to attend the ProGrad Executive Development Program in their second year of employment. This Executive Development Program is aimed at grooming our most successful graduates into a junior management position.
Each graduate receives this training only once placed with an employer and all training is paid for on behalf of the candidate. This training is recognised within the industry and can be highly sought after by many employers for more senior positions as you get promoted during your career. For many of our prestigious clients, this training is a fundamental part of their graduate training program, regardless of the role taken by the canddiate. It is not unusual for technical ProGrad placements to attend ProGrad business sales training courses, simply due to the transferrable nature of the skills learned.
